That’s why we have developed three e-learning modules to help KAMs get a quick shot of training on three important topics in the first few weeks on the job.
You can choose to enroll in one, two or all three of the following modules:
- MODULE 1: RETAILER STRATEGY
This course gives participants a solid foundation in understanding the strategy of the retailer. By understanding the goals and objectives of the retailer, a Key Account Manager can develop in-store programs that meet the retailer’s strategy and deliver on the goals of the brand supplier.
- MODULE 2: KAM CALCULATIONS
This course gives participants a working knowledge of the major financial calculations that you must master to become a world-class Key Account Manager. After completing this module you will be able to work fluently and calculate accurately the key retail measurements that make up the language of retail.
- MODULE 3: BUSINESS PLANNING FUNDAMENTALS
This course gives participants an overview of the business planning process which will allow for the development of collaborative business plans that meet the strategic goals of the retailer and deliver the required results for the products and brands of the vendor.
